Here is a simple and quick receipe to make either regular or fried wontons
Ingredients
8 ounces of ground lean pork
4 ounces of chopped shrimp (small sizes (40 or more per pound) and raw are the best)
tablespoon of either fish sauce or soya sauce or both
teaspoon of sesame seed oil
1 to 2 eggs
white pepper, salt (your choice on how much you would like to put in)
1 package of wonton wrappers (found in most asian food stores)
So you will mix all the ingredients together and only use 1 egg.
from there you will scramble the other egg in another bowl.
with a spoon or fork you will scoop up a bit of the filling and put it in the wrapper in the center. Then take a bit of the egg and brush one side of the wrapper and then close it up. Repeat till you are done with the stuffing or wrappers.
From there you can fry them or boil them. Also the wontons can be frozen raw and gennerally can last for quite a while in the freezer. Hope you enjoy this receipe.
