Here is the bet for a Babs on April 1st or the nearest work day after that.
I am betting there will be one more snow storm of 20cms or more before March 31st 11:59pm. Charles is betting against it.
Here are the conditions.
1. The measurement must come from environment Canada website (www.weatheroffice.gc.ca)and for the Ottawa Capital Region
2. If there is a snowfall on March 31st the entire 20cms must have fallen before 12:00am April 1st 2010 or it will not count.
3. This is a measurement for snow not rain. Hail will count as snow.
